Job Title: Strategic Business Insights Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Strategic Business Insights Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis and insights to stakeholders, including revenue and cost aspects.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute periodic forecast and annual planning.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the Finance function.
- Develop and deliver key internal and external presentations, providing business insights on a periodic basis.
- Coordinate audit processes and perform peer benchmarking, tracking performances of peers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years or 5-12 years, preferably in the IT industry.
- Preferred qualifications: CA or MBA, experience in corporate finance, sharp analytical skills, Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Key attributes: ability to work across multiple teams, manage timelines, influence top management, and drive closure of deliverables in a timely manner.
