Strategic FP&A Manager Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to drive business partnering, financial insights, strategic decision-making, and optimization across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy and Planning
    • Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units.
    • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
    • Support strategic initiatives including process optimizations and cost control measures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.
    • Present actionable insights to leadership to influence business outcomes.
    • Contribute to long-term financial strategy development and business planning.
    • Participate in strategic planning discussions with executive management.
    • Design and implement interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5–6 years of experience in FP&A and business analysis.
    • Strong understanding of financial concepts, principles, and statements.
    • Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is desirable.
    • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
