Senior Financial Strategist

The role of Senior Financial Strategist involves developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue increase, and creating forecasts to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.
  • Conduct business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning to inform investment decisions.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Lead the development of financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in similar industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
