Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our financial operations and drive business performance. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to contribute to long-term growth and sustainability.

About the Job:

This position is responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis. You will provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
