Parking Solutions Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Parking Solutions Sales Executive to join our team at ValetEZ. As a key member of our Parking Management & Systems team, you will be responsible for providing parking solutions for various properties across cities.
This role involves identifying and prospecting potential clients, developing strong relationships with existing and new clients, and staying updated with industry trends and competitors.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability for both the company and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Tech Parks, Office Real estate, Malls, and other commercial property in Bangalore
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Client-facing/negotiation skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in similar roles in companies or startups
- Past relevant experience in Property Management companies, Commercial Real Estate sales, Access Management Systems, PropTech firms, Building Management System sales
