Job Title: Compliance Officer

 

Overview:

 

  • A compliance officer is responsible for ensuring that an organization's policies and procedures are in place and being followed.
  • This includes implementing and adopting a whistleblower program with global and regional reach, comprising seven pillars of an efficient and effective corporate compliance program.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Implement and adopt Infosys Whistleblower Program with global and regional reach, comprising seven pillars of an efficient and effective corporate compliance program.
  2. In-depth experience and exposure in handling global investigations on a range of issues, as well as negotiating and implementing remediations.
  3. Contribute information and recommendations to the Compliance & Integrity Plan and its reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing changes.
  4. Exposure and understanding of key compliance and regulatory regimes, including Whistleblower Regulations, Anti-Bribery - Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Confidentiality, and commensurate processes and controls.
  5. Review and improve whistleblower systems and employee feedback mechanisms in close collaboration with HR.
  6. Plan, organize, and conduct trainings and communications to enhance and grow the whistleblower program in line with best industry standards for cultural assurance.
  7. Interpret new regulations and laws by reviewing and analyzing proposed and adopted state legislation and regulations.
  8. Proactively derive policy administration, trainings, and regular communications.
  9. Effectively handle complaints and investigations and remediation process.
