We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to spearhead sales growth in the North American region and other overseas geographies. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a consultative approach to selling.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing small and large enterprise accounts. They should possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of digital solutions to prospects and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying project sales opportunities, generating leads, and collaborating closely with field sales teams. They will also develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list, drive the sales process, and manage client relations throughout the entire engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify Project Sales Opportunities: Identify potential sales opportunities in the North American region and other overseas geographies.
  • Generate Leads: Develop a lead generation strategy and execute it through multi-channel contact (telephone, email, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Teams: Work closely with field sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list and execute it effectively.
  • Drive Sales Process: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing and renewing.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech with MBA Marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in selling mobile app and website solutions to clients and companies in North America.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing small and large enterprise accounts.
