Track Alignment Expertise

We seek an accomplished Track Alignment Specialist to drive the design and implementation of track alignment systems in rail infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design horizontal and vertical track centre line alignment, prepare points and crossings based on concept of operation.
  • Develop standard working procedures ensuring work execution as per SOD.
  • Analyze each as built component with tolerance to precede construction based on redesign with original tender design, suggesting suitable solutions to avoid infringement during mass construction in terms of quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate day-to-day activities involved in Rail Track Design & Infrastructure Development project.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum total experience of 10 years, out of which 5 years experience should be in relevant experience in Track Alignment of Metro projects.

  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Leadership: Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of various design methodologies in Elevated Sections, including Swept Path Analysis, Regression Analysis, and Drain.
