Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of software solutions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new features within agreed timeframes.
- Design and implement low-level software components, ensuring high-quality code that meets performance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
- Develop front-end software using React/Javascript and back-end models using Ruby on Rails.
- Maintain existing software applications, resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Write unit tests to ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- 3-9 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript (with React desirable), SQL, and database management.
- Experience with CI/CD technologies, particularly Gitlab.
- Knowledge of SaaS application architecture and Azure (desirable).
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
