Role Overview

As a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications while maintaining best engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as solid understanding of OOP, Git workflows, and test-driven development.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a remote, fast-paced Agile environment and collaborate with teams to create technical documentation and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend services with Ruby on Rails and interactive UI components.
  • Write clean, test-driven, and reusable code aligned with industry standards.
  • Participate in Agile activities such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct peer code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using monitoring and logging tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, Git workflows, and test-driven development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
