Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

* Proactively track monthly billing vs budget and ensure timely submission with finance post approval and due diligence as per PO terms.
* Analyze monthly expenses trend and publish reports to management on set frequency.
* Coordinate with SCM and Finance teams for timely closure of RGT and SC.
* Collect NDC as per set frequency and publish MIS.
* Perform vendor reconciliation activity and bill processing, including GRN or GRR processing end-to-end cycle with proper due diligence as per PO terms and management approvals.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PPT, and good communication skills are required.
