We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our facility operations team. As a Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the building, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

You will oversee a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that the physical plant is running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing budgets, capital projects, and energy conservation initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals. You will also need to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on engineering and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and capital projects
  • Experience with energy conservation initiatives
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the physical plant, including equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
