Estate Manager: Facilities Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in facilities management, technical oversight, and staff supervision to oversee the operation, maintenance, and technical management of private properties.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of estate services, including daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of all personal and hospitality properties.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all private properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure timely maintenance and smooth functioning of technical utilities and infrastructure, including electrical systems, lifts, water pumps, firefighting systems, HVAC systems, and surveillance systems.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of house managers stationed at different properties, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with service vendors, technical contractors, and AMC providers to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and operational.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and operations, ensuring cost-effective operations.

We require a professional with a strong engineering background, in-depth technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience in managing high-end residential and personal properties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and staff.
