Job Title: Middle School Coordinator

Job Description
  • Ensure academic operations run smoothly by maintaining equipment availability and ensuring teacher return of the same.
  • Maintain records and details of curriculum updates, instructional materials, and further information shared by Central Office for regular maintenance and updating.
  • Conduct and monitor curriculum workshops to ensure plans are available and followed by teachers.
  • Monitor record keeping of Support Programs and ensure accuracy in language and content on display charts.
  • Provide regular feedback at the end of lesson plans, volume/unit plans, or themes to Central Office.
  • Obtain approvals from Central Office at the beginning of the Academic year for Field Trips, changes in books, period allocation, new initiatives, etc.
  • Coordinate and disseminate relevant content for social media promotion, drafting Circulars and newsletters.
  • Implement HR Policies and Processes as per CO guidelines regarding Appraisal, Induction, Recruitments, Transfers, Joining and Exit in coordination with the principal.
  • Plan special days and events according to CO guidelines.
  • Plan effectiveness of Curriculum Delivery through the Academic Calendar, conduct Curriculum workshops, and discuss Support Programs and Special Education.
  • Verify genuineness of identified student cases by investigating facts and coordinating with PLC team and parents, monitoring progress and updating parents occasionally along with Special Education.
  • Organize and coordinate all events such as Parent Orientation, PTA, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Concert, Special Events, Extracurricular activities, culminating activities, and Competitions as per CO guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post-graduate with B.ed qualification.
