Set in a sprawling 43 acre green campus with high end residential facilities for students and faculty, the Trust invites applications for founding head of the school and also other teaching and non teaching staff for the residential programme

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of a start-up CAIE residential school located on the Kanchipuram Bengaluru highway, 5 kms from Kanchipuram city. The Head of School will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, providing leadership and direction to staff and students, overseeing curriculum development, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. Other responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment, engaging with parents and the community, managing budgets and resources, and driving the overall strategic vision of the school.

To start with, the school will be open to grades IV to VIII

Qualifications

- Leadership and Management skills
- Experience in curriculum development and educational standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Budgeting and resource management skills
- Experience in a residential school setting is a plus
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
