About the Role

We are seeking a Tendering and Sales Specialist to join our team at Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our clientele in the PM-Kusum Component A/B/C.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new opportunities for solar pump business and community drinking water solutions & other PM KUSUM Policies. You will develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, segment and penetrate the market through tendering processes and dealer networks, arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients, promote our products/services, prepare engagement contracts, maintain records, provide feedback, establish relationships, stay connected with market stakeholders, conduct project viability studies, and present findings to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for solar pump business and community drinking water solutions & other PM KUSUM Policies.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Segment and penetrate the market through tendering processes and dealer networks.
  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients, majorly government entities like MNRE, SECI, SIA's etc.
  • Promote our products/services by addressing and predicting client objectives.
  • Prepare engagement contracts ensuring legal compliance.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Stay connected with market stakeholders for timely information.
  • Conduct project viability studies and present findings to management.
