We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and define sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, set targets, track progress, and foster collaboration.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, coordinate with marketing and customer service, and optimize sales pipelines and implement CRM/tools.
  • CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: Understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, lead presentations and negotiations, and support lead generation campaigns.
  • Performance & Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare reports/forecasts, and provide insights for improvement, stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
