Job Summary

A highly skilled Team Leader is required to oversee a team of Education Counsellors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and sales performance in the education domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors to achieve outstanding results.
  • Drive sales growth by meeting targets and monthly quotas.
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.
  • Oversee the use of CRM/database tools to track leads, client interactions, and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct weekly reporting of team sales goals and performance to senior management.
  • Provide training and mentorship to enhance team productivity.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop effective client acquisition strategies.
  • Address client queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
