ServiceNow Platform Developer

Developers with expertise in the ServiceNow platform are sought after to drive digital service operations forward. This role requires proficiency in catalog item configuration, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.

Candidates will be responsible for crafting innovative workflows and integrations using the Glide API, automating form behavior and background logic through scripts. Integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports will also be a key focus area.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing methodologies. Experience with ITSM and HRSD modules is essential, along with proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer.

A team-oriented individual with exceptional collaborative and troubleshooting skills is required to thrive in this environment. A passion for documentation, versioning, and user guides is also desirable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.
