Job Overview

The Regional Training Manager is a critical role that plays a pivotal part in shaping the skills and competencies of Front Line Sales (FLS) and Advisors. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs that cater to the diverse needs of the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. A deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt training materials to suit different learning styles are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives and drive measurable improvements in sales productivity.
  • To establish strong relationships with sales leaders, HR, and L&D teams to ensure seamless training delivery and effective on-ground support.
  • To monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in a business context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform training decisions.

Organizational Relationships
