As a finance professional, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our financial strategy, ensuring the long-term success and stability of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing the company's financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Supervising the operations of AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Providing stakeholders with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial performance.
  • Forecasting cash flow, assessing borrowing needs, and determining available funds for expenses and investments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices, including those of the US & EU.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new or unfamiliar challenges.
