Senior Financial Controller Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting to executive management, including budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement.

 

  • Achieve process automation and integration of Tally Prime with banking and sales/purchase ERPs solution.

 

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including e-filing returns and assessment under Income Tax, GST, and P.F.

 

  • Liaise with auditors for successful completion of annual audit and ROC/MCA filings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance degree.
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in the manufacturing or forging industry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting packages, including Tally Features and Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in auditing and accounting reporting standards applicable to SMEs as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
