About UsWe are a SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.With 3000+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and $5.5M raised along the journey with marquee investors backing us, we're working on creating a platform that enables businesses to grow.The Role:This is a true business generalist role that involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives.Your Responsibilities:
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts — from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
You'll be a good fit if you:
  • Have 2+ years of early-stage startup experience on the business side.
  • Love all things business and sales and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Can context-switch between domains (support → sales → HR) without losing depth.
  • Are comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • Have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
