
Demand Generation Director

The role of a Demand Generation Director is pivotal in driving business growth by creating strategic demand generation initiatives that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate the pipeline across priority verticals.
This senior-level position requires a seasoned marketer with expertise in building and scaling multi-channel demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that drive measurable enterprise growth.
You will develop integrated campaigns across paid media, search engine marketing, content syndication, email, social media, webinars, and virtual/in-person events to achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.
Collaboration with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Practice teams is essential to design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts.
A deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, campaign orchestration, lead lifecycle, and pipeline attribution is crucial for this role.
You will also be responsible for defining and owning key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation and ABM, including MQLs and SQLs by channel and segment, marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, account engagement metrics, lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, and campaign-level ROI and cost-acquisition cost.
This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills, along with exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder alignment abilities.
You will partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate tracking, lead scoring, and attribution within HubSpot and campaign analytics dashboards.
