Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to join our Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting our service offerings and USPs to prospective clients, identifying potential customers, and building relationships with them.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ambitious business development leader with a desire to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
- Prepare and present company service offerings and unique selling points to potential clients.
- Identify and build relationships with potential customers through primary and secondary research.
- Acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships to increase revenue share.
- Foster strong partnerships with corporate clients and key decision-makers to ensure continued business and augment profitability.
- Develop market segmentation strategies to achieve desired targets.
- Cultivate new business opportunities by developing and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to deliver client requirements on time as per their priority order.
- Ensure adherence to Mancer's processes and liaison with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in business development and managing client relations.
- Must have experience acquiring clients for recruitment firms or selling HR software/services.
- Willingness to travel Pan India.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
