Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technology Lead to oversee and guide our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in multiple technologies, along with proven leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

The Technology Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using a range of technologies, including Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. They will also ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using multiple technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems and frontend applications.
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
    • SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)
    • SAP UI5 / Fiori
    • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
