Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our projects from conception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits, and identify critical issues to ensure project success.
  • Team Management: Proactively support and manage project teams to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Billing and Payment: Process billing and payment according to terms and conditions.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by handing over projects as per their requirements.
  • Snag Closure: Allocate, monitor, and close snags/observation points shared by clients during the defects liability period (DLP) and follow up on release of retention amounts.
  • Site Visits and Reporting: Conduct site visits, prepare photographic reports, and submit them to the tender team.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs effectively to ensure profitability.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Timely Billing: Raise client bills according to terms and conditions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare cash flow statements for each project.
  • Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients for payment.
  • Reporting: Present project reports in weekly meetings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
