Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our platform's architecture. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the foundation of our comprehensive SaaS platform designed for tutors and tutoring businesses.

Our solution streamlines essential operations from advanced customer relationship management and profile management to standardized test preparation, automatic grading, and real-time dashboards.

As we expand our product offering to include integrated payroll, proposals, whiteboarding, and AI-powered tools, we need a Tech Lead with strong architectural expertise in AWS and platform design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate high-level product vision into a scalable, maintainable technical foundation.
  • Lead the implementation of observability practices using Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Design and execute load-testing scenarios replicating high-concurrency use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience including 2+ years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong full-stack expertise with MERN stack MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
  • Demonstrated success in designing multi-tenant architectures and scalable systems handling 1000+ requests per minute.
