We are seeking a seasoned software development professional to join our organization as a Technical Lead.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced developer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, CQRS, microservices architecture, and Blazor. They will possess excellent technical skills, a deep understanding of frontend technologies, and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET Core, blazor, and other relevant technologies.

Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, define, and prioritize project requirements, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and troubleshoot complex software defects and performance issues.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development using .NET Core and other relevant technologies. Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as Blazor and experience with Azure are also required.

Familiarity with MVC architecture and design patterns, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills, are essential for success in this role.
