Job Description

This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest global technology leaders. We are seeking an experienced senior systems engineer to lead our collaboration experience team.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Automate business processes and participate in technical design of platforms.
  • Manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

As the collaboration systems engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms, ensuring efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security and implement standards.
  • Produce performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks.
  • Strong experience using PowerShell, Power BI, APIs, web services, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
