Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert HR guidance to site leadership on people strategy, talent planning, employee relations, and compliance.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple locations.
  3. Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including staffing, onboarding, career development, and separation processes.
  4. Drive talent acquisition and mobilization initiatives, monitoring staffing needs and optimizing headcount budgets.
  5. Oversee performance management, promotion cycles, compensation calibration, succession planning, and development of critical roles.
  6. Ensure statutory compliance and industrial relations activities, including IR strategy, grievance management, vendor labor compliance, and liaison with government authorities.

Across Both Pillars
  1. Manage annual HR budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX controls.
  2. Implement shared HR platforms and tools, including HRIS, analytics dashboards, e-learning reminders, HR SOPs, and change management tools.
  3. Pilot special HR projects tied to digitalization, operating models, and cGMP-aligned SOP rollouts.
  4. Act as a cross-functional HR advisor, partnering with compensation, TA, ER, and L&D CoEs for policy alignment and global HR roll-outs.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
  • MBA (HR) or Master's in HRM / Organization Development
  • 15+ years in HR with 8+ years in leadership, ideally in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QC/QA/R&D centre, prior exposure to plant & research labs crucial
  • cGMP, ICH guidelines for compliance; deep understanding of senior labour laws, IR frameworks, and pharmaceutical R&D processes
