We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead our enterprise sales efforts in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian enterprise market across various verticals.

This is a strategic role that requires the ability to plan, build, and convert accounts to drive significant growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and presenting a comprehensive sales plan and budget to the leadership team for review and approval.
  • Breaking down the business plan into monthly and weekly targets for the sales team to chase.
  • Building a sizable sales funnel to achieve monthly acquisition targets.

To drive impact quickly, the successful candidate will leverage their network and connections to bring in fast closures. They will also have a sound understanding of Revenue Management, Product Pricing, and market research strategies.

The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing teams to ensure they achieve business targets. This includes coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and high-impact events for business promotions and awareness.

Additionally, the Sales Leader will manage daily sales activities in close collaboration with the team, participate in RFPs and RFQs, and work with the marketing team to retain and upsell customers.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Selling to Procurement, Finance, Admin, Technology, and Transport leaders, including CXOs, is required for this position.
