Job Title: Senior Account Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account delivery efforts, driving success through strategic partnerships and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations according to client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs), promptly identifying and resolving service delivery issues, including implementing preventative measures and transitioning management during setup or expansion phases.
  • Establish necessary infrastructure, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to team members, achieving low attrition levels and high employee engagement.
  • Drive operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
  • Flag and escalate business risks timely to clients.
  • Oversee overall sales strategy of the business.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management.

Critical Skills Required:

  • At least 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment, able to handle rapid change and ambiguity.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong level of English, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • University Graduate or above.
  • At least 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales.
