Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Employee Engagement Strategies: Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, learning & development, and retention.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure accurate payroll, adherence to labour laws, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Performance Management Systems: Oversee performance management, appraisals, and promotions.
  • Policy Adherence: Handle employee grievances and ensure policy adherence.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: In HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of proven HR leadership experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
