Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department and ensure smooth facility operations.

The successful candidate will have expertise in electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance, as well as experience in team management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities related to fuel and electricity management, spare part inventory, and facility compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Supervise a small team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance job planning and execution, including warranty jobs.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain records for diesel consumption and tire efficiency of handling equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management and vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations and their application to maintenance.
