Job Description

As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes conducting daily facility rounds to ensure upkeep and maintenance, as well as tracking and closing repair and maintenance activities within agreed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily facility rounds to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Ensure that all repairs and maintenance activities are tracked and closed within agreed SLAs
  • Monitor cafeteria operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships and develop new opportunities for growth and savings
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments with the finance team
  • Procure administrative materials and supplies
  • Maintain inventory of consumables such as HK material and pantry supplies
  • Ensure all vendor compliance documents are up-to-date and compliant
  • Manage ID and access card systems
  • Coordinate courier services
  • Oversee travel desk and guest house operations
  • Support client visits and expat management

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in hospitality or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
