Job Opportunity

The Facility Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are adequately covered.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize facilities needs, working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and execute menu plans, including daily food tastings to maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate special events, prepare annual and quarterly calendars to organize and execute special buffets for various festivities and occasions.
  • Manage inventory effectively, reconciling invoices and tracking food inventory to optimize costs.
  • Oversee fuel hubs management, ensuring consumables availability to meet employee needs.
  • Enhance user experience by prioritizing user satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Engage in external relations and event management, handling ODC requests and coordinating with restaurants, assisting users in arranging working lunches and other F B-related requests.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of property operations is essential; the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years' experience in facilities management.
  • Good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • A solid background in team management, adept leadership, effective improvement plans, superior communications, and reporting skills.
