About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of our facilities, including soft services, administration, technical, maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Administrative & Soft Services Management: Manage housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, and other administrative and soft services day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory, forecast demand, place weekly, monthly orders, maintain AMC's, receive, and store goods in stores.
  • Asset & Space Management: Manage workstations and overall facilities assets, including insurance support.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential problems, install, maintain, and repair various systems.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Communicate with pan India and global vendors for facility services, manage contracts, and ensure effective communications.
  • Budget Management: Create, manage, and control the facility budget, record, control, manage, and report on expenses.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Identify and address issues related to facility maintenance and overall operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In any stream.
  • Diploma/Certification Programs: In Facilities Management or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in corporate MNCs in facility management, maintenance, or a related field.
Requirements
  • MS Office: Knowledge of Power BI and Advanced Excel is required.
  • ERP Knowledge: Preferred.
