As a seasoned Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the achievement of loan targets on a monthly basis.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads for loans, staying up-to-date with market trends and competition.
  • Maintain smooth processes for loan origination and disbursement at the branch level.
  • Foster excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about market and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory requirements related to loan processing.
  • Verify and document all loan transactions, ensuring First Pass Authorization (FPT).
  • Monitor and maintain zero Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) for the branch.
  • Ensure timely closure of loans, meeting Turn-Around-Time (TAT) standards.
Requirements
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills are essential.
