Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive our telesales and digital lending initiatives, delivering exceptional customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and process excellence through innovation, automation, and strong team leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telesales strategies, digital lending platforms, technical integration, and loan origination lifecycle management.

The role requires a collaborative leader who can work seamlessly with sales and credit teams to enhance digital loan products and lead qualification.

Key responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing in-house telesales team, developing and implementing telesales strategies, and monitoring sales funnel performance and productivity metrics.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving seamless integration of CRM, dialer, Loan Origination System (LOS), and digital lending platforms.

They will also partner with IT/Product teams and vendors to deploy automation tools, APIs, and dashboards, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient data flow across telesales and digital channels.
