Job Title: Senior CRE Lending Manager

This is a highly demanding role that requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of analysts in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending department.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and working with UK/international banking clients, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the processing of CRE loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure compliance with UK banking regulations and client-specific policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Manage escalations, provide operational updates, and lead process alignment discussions to drive business success.
Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an exceptional individual with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in leading teams and working with UK/international banking clients.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRE lending, credit documentation, and compliance.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
