Sales Manager Job Description

At JOBS n TA HR Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and activate advisors as per plan to ensure active advisor productivity is maintained.
  • Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities and conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance.
  • Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital interactions.
  • Review performance with reporting managers on a weekly basis and attend all meeting and training programs conducted by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate degree and preferably less than 35 years of age.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the same city as the job location.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and possessing negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
