DynaTrace Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled DynaTrace Administrator to join our team at IT Source Global. As a DynaTrace Administrator, you will be responsible for providing L1 support in DynaTrace all activities, troubleshooting APM solutions, and maintaining the Dynatrace components effectively without any issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide L1 support in DynaTrace all activities, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Troubleshoot APM solutions, primarily in Dynatrace, and maintain the Dynatrace components effectively without any issues.
- Expertise in problem solving within deadlines without impact to the customer.
- Experience in performing application performance analysis and creating user access based on request.
- Knowledge on Alerting & Tagging Configuration, and proficiency in automating processes and integrating tools using REST APIs.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, databases, web applications, and backend services, and how they all interact within distributed systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing sophisticated data visualization strategies.
- Handling API rest services to pull the reports.
- Ability to work in 24 x 7 environment.
- Strong knowledge on Dynatrace monitoring tool.
- Must have strong functional and working knowledge on Dynatrace.
- Good team player and receptive to suggestions.
- Basic knowledge on UNIX commands.
- Customize and configure based on customer requirements.
