Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Performance Specialist to join our team at IT Source Global. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and expertise in Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional L1 support for Dynatrace activities, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex APM solutions, primarily in Dynatrace, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of monitoring tools.
- Collaborate closely with the application team to provide performance tuning suggestions based on detailed reports.
- Develop and maintain Dynatrace components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong background in Dynatrace monitoring solutions and experience in performing application performance analysis.
- Expertise in problem-solving, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in automating processes and integrating tools using REST APIs.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, databases, web applications, and backend services, and how they interact within distributed systems.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
