Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Drive onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Manage company policies, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of travel, logistics, and procurement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in IT/Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set up scalable processes in a growing company.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem solver.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
