Global HR Leader

This executive-level role oversees all regions of a rapidly growing company, establishing corporate-level HR frameworks and policies. The ideal candidate will serve as the chief HR leader and be responsible for designing scalable systems for HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish HR Frameworks: Develop and implement corporate-level HR frameworks – policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design Scalable Systems: Design systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
India HQ: Corporate + Local HR
  • Build Full HR Function: Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee Local Operations: Oversee local HR operations – recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead Recruiting: Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with Business Leaders: Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
Performance & Culture
  • Build Performance Management System: Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive Engagement Initiatives: Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Partner with Legal Counsel: Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
