Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders to drive sales performance.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Ensuring all leads are well-qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database to track sales performance.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a B2C Sales or Retail Sales role, ideally within the Automotive industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • You have working knowledge of Two Wheeler Sales and a strong understanding of the Automotive industry.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder with excellent sales and marketing skills.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments to achieve sales targets.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders to drive sales performance.
