Key Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our investor clients with exceptional communication and information flow. Your primary goal is to facilitate diligence activities between sellers, investors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of next steps.

You will also monitor acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using internal systems and CRM tools. In addition, you will provide light financial review assistance, preparing investor updates, responses, and reports that reflect our firm's reputation for excellence.

Moreover, you will maintain accurate records of investor-related data and communications in our CRM and reporting tools.

  • Support Investor Accounts: Ensure smooth communication and information flow with Caprae's investor clients.
  • Coordinate Diligence Activities: Facilitate diligence items and next steps between sellers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Track Deal Progress: Monitor acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Provide Light Financial Review: Assist with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles; coordinate follow-ups with internal finance or diligence teams.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update and manage investor-related data and communications in Caprae's CRM and reporting tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exposure to working with U.S. or Western clients or companies preferred.
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts, such as due diligence, CIMs, EBITDA, and cash flow.
  • Ability to work with data, organize information, and follow structured workflows.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline.
