This job posting is for a Senior Collaboration Systems Engineer position.

Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, recording and managing changes, configurations, incidents, and processes, ensuring system security, responding to failures or performance issues, and producing performance reports for senior management.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of technology support experience, Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools, extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks, and knowledge of Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

In this role, you will work with internal and external partners, establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to automate business processes, participate in technical design, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technology support experience
  • Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks
  • Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform
