About the Job

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of materials by collaborating with innovative companies worldwide. This position combines technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients across various industries, including aerospace, semiconductors, polymers, medical devices, chemicals, advanced materials, energy, and sustainability.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend customized material testing solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and manage high-value accounts, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Promote outreach activities to expand the sales funnel and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Material Science, Metallurgy, Polymers, Ceramics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in technical consulting, client engagement, or materials-related work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage US-based clients and high-profile accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, their properties, characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, FTIR, GCMS, XRD, AFM, DSC), and industry-standard test methods.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership beyond core responsibilities.
